First appointments are generally 1 hour, follow up appointments are generally 45 minutes to an hour.
At your first visit, you will be informed of your insurance benefits and your office co-pay.
State law does not require a prescription to be seen by a physical therapist, but your insurance company may require one in order to receive benefits.
Bring loose, comfortable clothing and footwear, suitable for exercising.
Please bring your insurance card and your physical therapy prescription from your doctor. Medical records and radiology reports are not necessary but may be helpful to your therapist.
We treat all orthopedic and neurological conditions, as well as conditions related the prenatal/ postpartum period, incontinence and conditions of the pelvic floor and pediatric conditions.
