Jessica Joy

PT, DPT

Raised in Paramus, New Jersey, Jessica developed an early appreciation for staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in physical therapy. She earned her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University, where she competed as a Division I softball athlete, and later went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University.

Jessica has extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and enjoys working with patients of all ages. She focuses on helping individuals recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the activities that are most important to them. Her treatment approach is patient-centered, tailoring each plan of care to the individual’s goals, lifestyle, and functional needs.

Whether assisting someone recovering from surgery, managing a musculoskeletal condition, or returning to sport, Jessica is dedicated to providing high-quality care that supports long-term recovery and improved quality of life.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys golfing, exercising, and snowboarding. She is also an avid sports fan and enjoys watching baseball and hockey, especially rooting for the New York Yankees and the New Jersey Devil
